About NFA Gun Trust?

An NFA Gun Trust is a revocable trust offering flexibility for responsible parties, known as trustees, to legally possess and share ownership of suppressors, SBRs, and other NFA items. In addition, NFA Trust allows multiple trustees to use and store NFA-regulated firearms.

C4SEM Gun Shop’s NFA Gun Trust package provides an organized solution to simplifying current and future purchases without creating new trust.

Setting up an NFA Gun Trust

Setting up your Traditional NFA Gun Trust is quick and easy:

  1. After purchase, you will answer a simple questionnaire to customize your trust.

  2. You’ll receive the official printed trust document. You must sign and have it notarized.

  3. Now you are legally compliant for owning and sharing suppressors and NFA firearms with trusted individuals.

Benefits of an NFA Gun Trust

  • Use a single trust for current and future purchases of your NFA items.

  • Allow multiple responsible parties to legally possess the same and share NFA items under that Trust document. Name a legal beneficiary to inherit your NFA items.
