Gunsmithing and Armory Services

Maintaining your firearm is important especially when you are trying to improve and maintain your shooting skills. Here at C4SEM Armory we provide on-site consultations regarding your firearm.  We provide high-quality armorer services and you can rely on fast, professional service when needed.  Armorer services include but are not limited to:

CLEAN AND LUBE

Basic field strip, clean, and lube

Detailed strip, clean, and lube

Rust removal

TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

Diagnosis and repair of problems (failure to feed, failure to eject, etc.)

Replace parts

Install upgraded parts (barrel, trigger, spring kits, pins, etc.)

SIGHT/OPTIC/SCOPE INSTALLATION

Install customer-provided sights and red dot optics

Install sights or red dot optics purchased at

C4SEM gun shop in Muncie  — NO CHARGE!

Install scopes, rings, mounts, rails, and boresighting

Zero scopes, red dot optics, or iron sights — up to 50 yards (cost ammunition is additional)

SUPPRESSOR MOUNT & ALIGNMENT

Suppressor muzzle device mount, timing and alignment (with alignment rods)

AR STYLE ASSEMBLY & UPGRADES

Build Stripped AR Upper or Lower

Install new stock, trigger, handguard, forend, or rail

Install muzzle brake, flash hider, compensator, or other muzzle device (cost of parts and timing shims additional if not supplied by customer)

Front sight base removal + gas block installation

 

Armory work is performed on a drop-off basis. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID with your current residence address so we can appropriately log the firearm. Bring a copy of your tax stamp for any NFA item. 

If the firearm is being returned to the person from whom it was received, paperwork/background check is not required. However, if the firearm is delivered to someone other than the person from whom it was received, a NICS background check is required. 

Any installs builds, and upgrades can use customer-supplied or C4SEM gun shop in Muncie -purchased parts. Specialty work and gunsmithing/armory services not listed above may be arranged by consultation with our gunsmith/armorer.

Standard Armorer fees are $40 per 1/2 hour.  We will provide you with an estimated price range once your firearm is inspected.  No payment is made until work is complete.  The Standard turn-around time on all armorer work is 1 week. Turnaround time is subject to change based on the current workload.
